Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Travel Assistant, based in Hyderabad. The Travel Assistant will be responsible for coordinating travel arrangements, managing client bookings, and supporting the planning of customized itineraries. Additional responsibilities include providing outstanding customer service, resolving travel-related inquiries, and ensuring seamless travel experiences for clients. The role requires collaboration with travel agents and vendors to meet client needs efficiently.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and Communication skills to interact effectively with clients and partners
- Customer Service expertise to deliver exceptional client support and address travel-related concerns
- Proficiency in Travel Arrangements and Travel Management to organize itineraries and bookings
- Experience in handling Business Travel, including managing corporate travel needs
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in relevant travel booking software (e.g., GDS systems) is advantageous
- Familiarity with travel insurance and visa requirements is beneficial
- Degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field preferred
