Role Description
This is a remote role for a Travel and Tourism AS/A Level position. The role involves planning and managing travel arrangements, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a seamless travel experience for clients. Responsibilities include organizing business travel, liaising with clients to meet their travel needs, managing itineraries, and offering industry insights to enhance travel experiences.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Travel Arrangements and Business Travel planning
- Strong Communication skills and ability to understand client needs
- Experience in Customer Service and effective relationship management
- Expertise in Travel Management and providing tailored travel solutions
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in computer systems and travel booking platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Travel, Tourism Management, or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of the travel industry or prior experience in a similar role is an advantage
