Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Travel Agency Specialist with hands-on experience in ticket booking and travel coordination. The ideal candidate should be proficient in multiple languages and experienced in using industry-standard booking platforms.
Languages known : Malayalam, Hindi, Tamil, English
Key Responsibilities
Handle domestic and international flight bookings efficiently
Work on ticketing systems like Amadeus, Galileo GDS, or similar platforms
Assist customers with travel itineraries, fare rules, and rescheduling
Provide excellent customer support via calls, email, and chat
Manage cancellations, refunds, and reissues
Stay updated with airline policies and travel regulations
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proficiency in Malayalam, Hindi, and English (mandatory)
Experience in ticket booking software like Amadeus
Strong communication and customer handling skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with travel portals
Experience
Minimum 1–3 years in travel agency / ticketing role
