Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Travel Advisor located in Ahmedabad. The Travel Advisor will be responsible for consulting with clients to understand their travel needs, planning and booking travel itineraries, providing high-quality customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and liaising with travel agencies and international partners. The role requires excellent communication and organizational skills to create seamless travel experiences for our clients.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
- Excellent Communication abilities
- Experience in Travel Arrangements and working in a Travel Agency
- Proficiency in using travel booking platforms and tools
- Good problem-solving skills to address client concerns proactively
- Organizational skills to effectively manage multiple travel plans simultaneously
- Prior experience in the travel or tourism industry is highly desirable
- Ability to communicate fluently in English, Hindi, and/or other regional languages
