Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lucknow for a Travel Advisor. The Travel Advisor will be responsible for planning and arranging travel itineraries, assisting clients with reservations and bookings, and providing exceptional customer service. Day-to-day responsibilities will include understanding clients' preferences, recommending tailored travel solutions, resolving travel issues, and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. The role also involves coordinating with travel partners and vendors to ensure a smooth and reliable experience.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, with a focus on providing personalized experiences
- Exceptional Communication skills to effectively interact with clients and vendors
- Proficiency in Travel Arrangements and familiarity with travel booking systems
- Previous experience working in a Travel Agency or similar environment is desirable
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to respond promptly to client needs
- Knowledge of popular travel destinations and local cultural insights
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and reservation systems; multilingual skills are a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
