Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Travel Advisor to join our dynamic team. This hybrid role is based in Noida, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Travel Advisor will plan and organize personalized travel itineraries, make travel arrangements, assist clients with bookings, and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities also include managing client inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, and working closely with travel agencies and partners to deliver outstanding travel solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Service and a proven ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction
- Excellent Communication skills with a focus on listening, clarity, and responsiveness
- Experience in Travel Arrangements, including planning, booking, and coordinating travel schedules
- Familiarity with Travel Agency processes and industry standards
- Proficiency in organization and time management to manage multiple clients simultaneously
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to handle queries professionally
- Proficiency in leveraging travel booking tools and software is a plus
- Prior experience in the travel industry or a related field is advantageous
