Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Travel Advisor role located in Faridabad. The role involves assisting clients in planning and booking customized domestic and international travel packages, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing travel arrangements, coordinating with travel partners, and having in-depth knowledge of destinations to deliver personalized recommendations.
Qualifications
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills with a focus on delivering superior client experiences
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively consult with customers and travel partners
- Experience with Travel Arrangements and Travel Agency operations
- Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple bookings and itineraries
- Proficiency in using travel booking platforms and tools
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and customer-focused environment
- Prior experience in the travel or hospitality industry is highly advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
