Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for the position of Travel Advisor. The Travel Advisor will provide excellent customer service to travelers, assist with planning and booking travel arrangements, and ensure customer satisfaction at all stages of their travel journey. Responsibilities include handling queries, offering tailored travel solutions, and collaborating with travel content creators and other team members to deliver an exceptional travel experience.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Proficiency in handling Travel Arrangements and working in a Travel Agency setting
- Exceptional Communication skills to effectively assist and guide travelers
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment
- Familiarity with travel booking platforms or related software is a plus
- Prior experience in the travel industry is preferred
