Responsibilities Making conversation with the prospective SME business owners and moving them to a product demonstrationCollaborate with all internal and external teams to perform troubleshooting on all client issues and ensure timely resolution.Close sales with qualified leads to generate new business and ensure the client's needs are met Encourage potential clients to buy premium products and close the best possible dealBuild customer relationships with existing clients by reaching out via phone calls, emails, or other forms of communication to increase the likelihood of them using our services againTrack sales cycle progress on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure customer acquisition goals are metShowcase the company's strengths and highlight our brand by talking exclusively about the characteristics that make our organization unique. Requirements MBA graduates are preferred.3+ years of relevant experience as a business development executive.Strong problem-identification and objection-resolution skills.Tech-savvy with the ability to make complex technical matters easy- to understand even for non-technical people.Excellent phone and cold calling skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.Experience working in a fast-growing unstructured startup environment.In-depth experience of market research in SME SaaS-tech or SMB segments is preferred.
