Job Title: Transportation Supervisor

Location: Vadodara, Gujarat (On-Site)

Shifts: Rotational Night Shifts

Job Description:

The Transportation Supervisor will oversee and manage daily transportation operations, including fleet management, driver coordination, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The role involves supervising team members, addressing any issues that arise, and maintaining high levels of customer service. As this is a full-time, on-site role, the position is located in Vadodara, requiring hands-on involvement in daily operations to meet organizational goals effectively.

Key responsibilities 

• Oversee end-to-end night-shift cab/fleet operations for Etech Vadodara employees. 
• Coordinate with vendors, drivers, and HR to ensure timely pick-up and drop-off schedules. 
• Monitor vehicle movement, route planning, and live tracking for safety compliance. 
• Handle employee transport grievances and resolve escalations promptly. 
• Maintain daily MIS reports — trip logs, fuel records, and vendor invoices. 
• Ensure strict adherence to company transport policy and safety guidelines. 
• Liaise with the operations and admin teams for shift-wise headcount and roster planning.

Requirments:

• 2-3 Years experience handling transportation department for BPO/KPO.
• Good Communication Skills, (can deal with internal/external stake holders)
• Comfortable working with Night Shifts.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
