Role Description The Transportation Operations Analyst is a full-time, on-site role based in Arjuni Sadak. This role is responsible for monitoring daily transportation activities, including inbound and outbound movements to and from the tank farm, and ensuring schedules and routes are executed efficiently. The analyst reviews operational data, identifies issues or delays, and coordinates with internal teams, carriers, and customers to maintain service levels. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing transport performance, updating systems and reports, supporting transportation planning decisions, and assisting with continuous improvement initiatives. The role also involves maintaining clear communication with stakeholders, resolving service-related inquiries, and ensuring compliance with safety, regulatory, and company standards.

- Candidates should possess strong analytical skills for reviewing transportation data, identifying trends, and supporting operational decisions.
- Candidates should possess effective communication skills to coordinate with internal teams, carriers, and customers and to document operational updates clearly.
- Candidates should possess transportation planning skills to support route optimization, scheduling, and capacity utilization within a tank farm logistics environment.
- Candidates should possess customer service skills to manage inquiries, address service issues, and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess transportation management skills to support day-to-day execution, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to safety and regulatory requirements.
- Relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation operations, preferably within bulk liquid or terminal operations, is beneficial.
- Working knowledge of transportation or logistics management systems and proficiency in standard office software (e.g., spreadsheets, databases) is an advantage.
- A diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain management, business, or a related field is preferred, along with the ability to work on-site in Arjuni Sadak and collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
