✨ Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Manage daily transport operations – cab scheduling, route planning & vendor coordination
🔹 Ensure compliance with transport policies and safety standards
🔹 Monitor shift rosters, handle escalations & emergency arrangements
🔹 Work on transport management systems for smooth operations
🔹 Prepare MIS reports, data analysis & manage billing/vendor payments
🔹 Oversee housekeeping, pantry & facility management
🔹 Manage stationery and asset inventory
🔹 Support office events, travel coordination & vendor management
🔹 Assist in general administrative and maintenance activities
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
✔ Strong communication skills (English & Hindi)
✔ Good coordination & time management skills
✔ Proficiency in MS Excel, Word & Outlook
✔ Experience in Transport Management Software (mandatory)
✔ Detail-oriented and proactive approach
🕒 Shift: 24/7 (Rotational)
