Hiring: Transport Manager – Jaipur | Multi-Branch P&L Role | Pan-Rajasthan Expansion

Our Logistics Division is now expanding its branch network across Rajasthan and seeking dynamic leaders to drive this growth.
Parnami Group is looking for a seasoned Transport Manager to lead our branch expansion and logistics operations across Rajasthan.
If you have 7–10 years of transport/fleet management experience and have successfully managed multi-location operations with P&L ownership, this role is for you.
📍 Location: Jaipur (with extensive travel across Rajasthan)
📢 Reporting To: Director / Managing Partner
🎯 Scope: Multi-Branch – Pan Rajasthan
🔹 What You'll Do:
✅ Branch Expansion – Identify strategic locations and lead end-to-end setup of new branch offices across Jodhpur, Bharatpur, Kota, Bikaner, Ajmer & other cities.
✅ P&L Ownership – Own revenue targets, cost control, and EBITDA delivery for all branches. Present monthly financial reports to management.
✅ Transport Operations – Oversee fleet scheduling, routing, maintenance, on-time delivery, and client satisfaction across all branches.
✅ Team Leadership – Recruit, train, and manage branch-level staff including operations executives, drivers, and admin personnel.
✅ Compliance & SOPs – Ensure RTO compliance and implement operational SOPs across all locations.
🔹 What You'll Need (Essential):
- 7–10 years in transport, logistics, or fleet management
- Proven experience setting up or managing multi-location operations
- Strong knowledge of Rajasthan's road transport landscape & RTO framework
- Demonstrated P&L management experience
🔹 Good to Have (Preferred):
- Prior branch expansion experience across Rajasthan cities
- Existing network with corporates, traders, or dealers in Rajasthan
- Familiarity with TMS and fleet tracking tools
