Key Responsibilities
- Roster Management: Creating and optimizing daily route plans for pick-up and drop-off.
- Vendor Coordination: Acting as the primary point of contact for cab vendors and drivers.
- Real-time Tracking: Monitoring vehicle movement and ensuring on-time arrivals at the facility.
- Compliance & Safety: Verifying driver documents, vehicle fitness, and ensuring "Safe Drop" protocols (especially for female employees on night shifts).
- Cost Control: Reviewing logbooks and monthly billing to ensure accuracy against the contracted rates.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience: 2–4 years in transport/logistics operations (preferably in a BPO/Call Center environment).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel (for billing and rosters).
- Availability: Must be willing to work in rotational shifts, including nights & Saturday is working.
- Soft Skills: Strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle emergency situations (e.g., vehicle breakdowns or accidents) calmly.
- Strong knowledge of local geography(Delhi NCR) and traffic patterns.
