Vyli Health is a translational research-driven platform focused on psychosocial health, human performance, and real-world clinical outcomes.

As part of our expansion, we are setting up a regenerative medicine and biologics vertical focused on bridging research with practical clinical applications and training.

Role Overview

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This is a high-ownership position combining R&D, training, and execution.

We’re looking for a PhD candidate who wants to do more than just lab work.

You will work closely with leadership to help build this new vertical from the ground up, including contributing to lab setup, developing regenerative medicine applications, and leading hands-on training programs.

Responsibilities

R&D

• Develop regenerative medicine and cell-based products
• Design and execute cell culture and biologics experiments
• Translate research into clinical and commercial applications
• Develop SOPs for PRP, BMAC, and 2D/3D culture systems
• Support lab setup and manage operations with quality and sterility standards

Training and Workshops

• Design and deliver hands-on training programs
• Train clinicians, MSc students, and working professionals
• Conduct practical sessions in cell culture, PRP, and BMAC workflows
• Build structured curriculum and lab modules
• Mentor participants for real-world implementation

Role Expectations

• This is not a pure lab-based role
• You will work across lab, training, coordination, and execution
• You will actively engage with clinicians, students, and partners

Travel Requirement

• Workshops are conducted across India
• You should be open to travel as required

Candidate Requirements

• PhD (completed or near completion) in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Cell Biology, Regenerative Medicine, Biomedical Engineering, or related fields
• Strong hands-on experience in cell culture
• Comfortable working across science, people, and execution
• Interest in translational and applied work
