Position: Bengali Language Expert
Type: Hourly contract
Compensation: $40 - $95/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
Role Responsibilities
- Translate, edit, and localize content between Bengali and English.
- Review and refine language datasets for AI model development.
- Perform quality checks, proofreading, and validation of Bengali outputs.
- Annotate and organize linguistic data using digital tools.
- Provide feedback to improve communication quality and language accuracy.
- Adapt global content for Bengali-speaking audiences through localization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project goals.
Requirements
- Native-level proficiency in Bengali with strong command of grammar and style.
- Strong experience in translation and editing between Bengali and English.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with digital tools and language platforms.
- Strong experience in content localization for diverse audiences.
- Ability to work independently in remote environments.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
