Role Description
This full-time hybrid role as a Translation Project Manager is based in New Delhi, with some flexibility for remote work. The role will manage translation projects by coordinating between clients and internal teams, ensuring high-quality results within deadlines. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing the workflow of translation requests, maintaining excellent communication with stakeholders, ensuring quality assurance standards, and optimizing processes to improve efficiency. Additionally, you will play a key role in client service and the successful execution of projects.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to engage effectively with clients and team members.
- Proficiency in Translation and a good understanding of multilingual and technical documents.
- Experience in Project Management to organize workflows, track progress, and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and ability to conduct Quality Assurance for accurate, high-standard translations.
- Familiarity with translation and AI tools is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Linguistics, Translation Studies, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
