We are currently recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Resourcer to join our Group HR team in our HQ, located in DAFZA, Dubai Airport Free Zone. Scope: To support the talent acquisition function in sourcing and engaging top-tier candidates, cultivating talent pipelines, and contributing to the overall success of recruitment efforts by providing efficient administrative support, conducting initial candidate screenings, and facilitating a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Responsibilities: Financial Ensure limited disruption to the BU Operations by focusing on reduced time to hire which would ultimately result in cost saving opportunity for the organization. Collaborate with the TA Specialist in tracking performance metrics such as time to fill activities, quality of hire metrics, providing insights on improving recruitment process. Customer Provide ongoing support to the hiring managers by identifying and shortlisting suitable candidates/applicants, in addition, by sharing screening notes to assist with a quicker decision. Proactively source and screen candidates whilst building and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by promptly responding to the candidate inquiries, providing relevant information about the job postings, and facilitating a seamless communication between the candidates and hiring managers. Process Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, preferences, and priorities, providing proactive support in sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interview schedules, and gathering feedback to facilitate efficient decision-making hiring process. Plan and advertise vacancies on Talentera to attract and track all applications. Screen and shortlist internal applications on Talentera to assess candidates' eligibility and skills against the hiring manager's needs. Ensure compliance with TG policies, ensure a thorough check of HR records to verify any disciplinary history for internal applicants. Coordinate with HR Business Partners in raising the CRFs, to move the internal candidate hiring process forward. Innovation Assist in updating the Recruitment Dashboard to gain increased visibility on the Recruitment Team achievements and challenges on an ongoing basis. Assist with building a candidate pipeline using internal database and ensuring it is up to date. Establish and update the Talent Acquisition SOPs as needed. Skills Bachelor's degree in human resource management Arabic speaker preferred 2–3 years of UAE experience in Talent Acquisition, sourcing a high volume of candidates Prior experience in a large organization or staffing/recruitment agency is highly desirable Experience with job boards (LinkedIn, Naukrigulf) and Applicant Tracking Systems Experience with Oracle Fusion is a plus Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to organize, analyze, and present data effectively Excellent English proficiency Organization skills Diplomacy and time management skills
