POSITION OVERVIEW
TransGrid Energy is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Asset Management to be responsible for a broad range of activities focused on leading, executing and enhancing the company's Asset Management platform across various organized wholesale markets. This role involves extensive collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to advance strategic objectives through comprehensive analysis, evaluation, and execution of both short- and long term goals.
You will lead the Asset Optimization and Asset Operations functions which includes ensuring TGE’s portfolio of assets are efficiently participating in wholesale markets with a specific focus on monetizing merchant revenue streams such as energy, capacity, and RECs. This role requires data driven decision making, conducting quantitative analysis, seamless operational execution, and implementing risk mitigation strategies for utility scale BESS and solar assets.
Please note: This role is a full-time, on-site position based in Irvine, CA. Attendance in the office is required five days a week with no exceptions. Remote or hybrid work arrangements are not available for this role.
