We are committed to improving accessibility while raising the standard of care. As an Intake Call Center Representative, you'll be an essential part of our administrative support team. You will play a pivotal role in connecting individuals with life-changing behavioral health services. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound calls, conducting initial screenings and assessments to gather vital information. Provide compassionate support to individuals in crisis, offering appropriate resources and referrals. Utilize your knowledge of behavioral health programs to guide clients to the right level of care. Maintain accurate documentation of client information and ensure compliance with privacy regulations. Collaborate with a diverse team to ensure seamless transitions and continuity of care. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in psychology or related field preferred). 1 -2 years of call center or customer service experience, ideally in behavioral health or healthcare. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to show empathy and patience. Familiarity with behavioral health terminology and available community resources. Proficient in using computer systems, including Microsoft Office.
