Role: Transformation Leader
We are looking for a highly driven and execution-focused Transformation Leader at Weatherford to lead strategic transformation initiatives across India operations. This role will be responsible for driving end-to-end execution of the India NorthStar transformation agenda across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, RD&E, Shared Services, Operations, and HR.
The ideal candidate will bring strong enterprise transformation experience, cross-functional leadership capability, and a sharp focus on governance, execution discipline, and measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the cross-functional transformation portfolio aligned with India NorthStar strategic goals
- Establish and drive governance mechanisms, operating cadence, and execution controls including weekly reviews, monthly & quarterly reviews.
- Track, monitor, and ensure realization of financial, productivity, and capability benefits against committed targets
- Manage interdependencies, risks, bottlenecks, and escalations across functions
- Build and maintain a single source of truth through leadership dashboards and actionable insights
- Drive accountability through clearly defined RACI structures, milestone tracking, and ownership frameworks
- Enable fact-based decision making through data-driven reviews and executive communication

- ≥95% realization of committed business benefits
- 100% governed portfolio with zero orphan initiatives
- Effective, insight-driven monthly & quarterly governance reviews with the team
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in enterprise transformation, PMO, operations excellence, or large-scale business transformation programs
- Strong ability to work horizontally across multiple business functions and stakeholders
- High proficiency in data analytics, dashboards, reporting, and executive-level communication
- Experience working in a matrix organizational structure with the ability to influence without direct authority
- Strong execution mindset with focus on outcomes, ownership, and delivery discipline
- Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity and drive alignment in complex environments

Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s/ Master degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field

- Prior experience leading cross-functional transformation initiatives in large or complex organizations is preferred
