Role Summary
The Process Transformation Lead will drive enterprise-wide process improvement and transformation initiatives across areas such as Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, and related operational domains. This role is responsible for identifying inefficiencies, designing future-state processes, leading cross-functional change, and enabling digital and data-driven ways of working to improve cost, control, service levels, and scalability.
The role requires strong business process expertise, stakeholder leadership, and change management capabilities, working closely with Finance, Operations, IT, and Senior Leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Process Transformation & Optimization
- Lead end-to-end process transformation initiatives across operations such as Finance, Procure-to-Pay, Capex, etc.
- Assess current-state processes, identify pain points, gaps and inefficiencies
- Design and implement future-state process models aligned with business strategy and best practices.
- Standardize processes across business units, where applicable.
- Digital Enablement & Automation
- Partner with IT and Digital teams to implement ERP enhancements, workflow automation, analytics, and reporting solutions;
- Identify opportunities for AI, advanced planning tools, and system-driven controls;
- Ensure process design is tightly integrated with system capabilities;
- Change Management & Stakeholder Leadership
- Participate in cross-functional meetings and align stakeholders;
- Drive adoption through change management, communication, training, and performance tracking;
- Influence senior stakeholders and manage resistance to change effectively.
- Governance, Metrics & Continuous Improvement
- Define KPIs, process performance metrics, and benefits realization tracking.
- Establish governance models for process ownership and continuous improvement.
Experience & Qualifications
Required Experience
- 5+ years of experience in process transformation, business transformation, or operational excellence roles.
- Hands-on experience transforming processes across Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, etc.
- Exposure to ERP systems (preferably Oracle) and process digitization initiatives.
- Qualified Chartered Accountant and/or MBA
Preferred Experience
- Experience in consulting, shared services, or center of excellence environments.
- Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, BPM, or Agile transformation methodologies.
