Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic professional to support the delivery of transformation projects for leading fashion retailers. This role involves conducting in-depth analysis, designing strategic solutions, and managing client workstreams to drive impactful business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct operational and financial analysis for retail clients

• Support the development of transformation roadmaps

• Manage specific workstreams within client engagements

• Collaborate with domain experts to translate insights into actionable solutions

• Perform benchmarking and market analysis

• Develop client presentations and decision-making frameworks

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 4–10 years of experience in consulting or retail strategy

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Experience in fashion or consumer retail is preferred

• MBA from a reputed institute is a plus
