Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Transfer Pricing Manager based in Mumbai. The Transfer Pricing Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing transfer pricing strategies to ensure compliance with local and international regulations. Responsibilities include preparing transfer pricing documentation, conducting benchmarking studies, advising on tax efficient supply chain structures, and managing interactions with regulatory authorities. The role will also involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to align transfer pricing policies with broader business objectives.

Qualifications
  • Proficient in Transfer Pricing, Tax, and Tax Law with a thorough understanding of local and international tax regulations.
  • Strong Analytical Skills for interpreting complex financial data to develop effective transfer pricing strategies.
  • Experience in Finance-related activities, including financial planning, advisory, and regulatory reporting.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts effectively.
  • Postgraduate degree in Finance, Taxation, Economics, or a relevant field; CA or similar certification would be a significant advantage.
