Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing Transfer Pricing documentation, local files, and master files in line with OECD and UAE TP regulations
- Conduct functional, industry, and economic analyses to support arm’s length pricing
- Perform benchmarking studies using TP databases and tools
- Support the preparation and review of intercompany agreements and pricing policies
- Collaborate with Managers and Directors to develop TP planning strategies and documentation
- Participate in client meetings and assist with responding to queries from tax authorities
- Assist in drafting proposals for potential clients
- Confident to proactively run projects independently with review and inputs from seniors in the team
- Collaborate with Corporate Tax Team for interdependencies of Transfer Pricing provisions in UAE Corporate Tax Law
- Contribute to business development initiatives, proposals, and knowledge-building efforts
- Stay updated with evolving international tax/TP regulations and UAE-specific compliance requirements
- Work closely with cross-functional teams across Tax, Legal, and Advisory practices
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in Transfer Pricing or international tax (experience in the UAE or MENA region preferred)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Professional certifications such as CA, CPA, ACCA, ADIT, or similar are an advantage
- Strong analytical skills with a detail-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; experience with TP databases (e.g., TP Catalyst, RoyaltyStat, or similar) is preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environment
