We are urgently hiring L3 Customer Support Executives to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers and experienced professionals to work from the comfort of their home while enhancing their customer service skills and boosting closures. Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer support via phone, chat, or email. Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally. Collaborate with team members to achieve performance targets. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Eligibility Criteria: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply. Undergraduate candidates with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience are also eligible. Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English are mandatory.
