Software Engineer

Transcarent is seeking a skilled and passionate Software Engineer to join our team. As a Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions that support our platform and services. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, architect solutions, and deliver innovative features that enhance the user experience. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop robust, scalable, and maintainable software components and systems - Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing, and deployment - Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that adheres to best practices and coding standards - Troubleshoot and debug issues, and provide timely resolution to ensure the smooth operation of our platform - Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to continuously improve our products - Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies, trends, and best practices in software engineering Requirements: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field - 3+ years of experience in software development, with a strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns - Proficiency in one or more programming languages, such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, or Go - Familiarity with web application development frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) - Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, and data modeling - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment - Excellent communication and teamwork skills - Passion for delivering high-quality, user-centric software solutions
