Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Transaction Specialist. The position is based in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, with allowances for partial work-from-home arrangements. The Transaction Specialist will oversee crucial aspects of real estate transactions, perform due diligence, analyze financial data, and ensure compliance with financial and administrative processes. This role also involves communicating effectively with stakeholders and contributing to successful project outcomes.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Analytical Skills and Due Diligence to assess real estate transactions and ensure accuracy
- Strong Communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams
- Knowledge of Finance and Accounting principles to handle financial and transactional data
- Solid organizational and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a closely related discipline
- Prior experience in real estate or corporate transactions is advantageous
- Familiarity with relevant software and tools for data analysis and reporting
