🚨 We’re Hiring | Transaction Monitoring & SAR Specialist – Bangalore

Are you an experienced AML professional with strong expertise in Transaction Monitoring and SAR drafting? Join a high-performing team working on complex financial crime investigations.

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

• Review escalated Transaction Monitoring (TM) alerts to identify suspicious activities related to money laundering, fraud, and terrorist financing
• Perform detailed investigations and analysis to support SAR decisioning
• Draft clear, concise, and regulator-ready SAR narratives aligned with FinCEN requirements
• Investigate high-risk cases (human exploitation, elder financial abuse, sanctions exposure, etc.)
• Analyze advanced typologies including blockchain risk exposure and P2P layering schemes
• Apply a risk-based approach to ensure defensible decisions aligned with AML policies and audit standards

📍 Location: Bangalore (EGL / BTP – flexibility to work from both locations)

🏢 Work Mode: 5 Days Work from Office

⏰ Shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

💼 Experience: 5 - 8 years

✨ What We’re Looking For:

• Strong expertise in Transaction Monitoring & AML investigations
• Hands-on experience in SAR drafting (FinCEN standards)
• Ability to handle complex, high-risk cases with strong analytical judgment
• Knowledge of emerging risks like crypto/blockchain typologies is a plus
