Hiring: Transaction Manager (Retail Leasing)

We are looking for dynamic professionals to manage end-to-end retail leasing transactions—from property scouting to deal closure.

📍 Open Positions: 4

• 2 in Delhi NCR
• 2 in Ahmedabad

Key Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of prominent retail micro-markets in Delhi NCR or Ahmedabad
• Ability to independently handle negotiations and close deals
• Experience in evaluating retail spaces and managing client/landlord coordination
• Ensuring smooth documentation and transaction execution

Experience: 2–5 years in retail leasing / real estate transactions

Qualification: Graduate with excellent communication skills
