Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Transaction Manager - Real Estate Consulting and Advisory within the Retail Vertical, located in Mumbai / Delhi / Bangalore. The role involves overseeing lease transactions, performing financial analyses, conducting due diligence processes, preparing reports, and coordinating lease agreements. The Transaction Manager will collaborate closely with clients, landlords, and internal teams to deliver exceptional real estate solutions in alignment with project goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills and Financial Analysis
- Experience with Finance and Lease Administration
- Knowledge of Due Diligence processes in real estate transactions
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
- Relevant experience in real estate consulting, especially in the retail vertical, is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
