🚀 We are Hiring! Transitions Manager in Chennai 🚀
Are you a strategic project manager with a knack for driving seamless process migrations? HRCS Service Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced Transitions Manager to join our dynamic team in Chennai!
In this role, you will act as the critical bridge between our clients and internal operations teams, leading the end-to-end migration of business processes to ensure a smooth, on-time, and risk-free handover.
📍 Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu

What You Will Do:
Lead the complete lifecycle of process transitions (Pre-Transition, Knowledge Transfer, Parallel Runs, Go-Live, and Handover).
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, facilitating regular governance calls and tollgate reviews.
Proactively identify operational risks and develop robust contingency plans.
Track Go-Live metrics and ensure SLAs are consistently met before steady-state operations takeover.
Drive change management to ensure internal teams are aligned with client expectations and quality standards.
What We’re Looking For:
5 to 8+ years of professional experience, with at least 3+ years specifically in a Transitions/Migrations role.
Prior experience managing transitions within Healthcare Operations, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), or Accounts Receivable (AR) is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of transition frameworks (Tollgate methodology, Agile, Waterfall).
Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, or Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt) are a major advantage.
Exceptional communication, stakeholder alignment, and problem-solving skills.
