Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role based in Mumbai for a Transaction Certificate Executive. The individual will be responsible for managing the issuance and processing of transaction certificates for certified products in accordance with regulatory and client requirements. Responsibilities include coordinating with various stakeholders, ensuring compliance documentation, maintaining accurate records, and addressing queries related to transaction certification. The role also involves preparing reports and providing support for audits and inspections.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in documentation, data management, and record-keeping
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Familiarity with sustainability and compliance requirements within the textile industry is a plus
- Capable of working in a team-oriented environment with minimal supervision
- Proficient in standard office software, such as Microsoft Excel and Word
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Textile Management, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience with transaction certificates and regulatory compliance in textiles is an advantage
