Role Description
This is a contract hybrid role for a Python and Cybersecurity Trainer, located in Hyderabad with some flexibility for remote work. The Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering Python programming and cybersecurity courses to students and professionals. Day-to-day tasks include preparing comprehensive training materials, conducting hands-on workshops, assessing participants' progress, and providing guidance to help them achieve proficiency. Additionally, the trainer will stay updated on industry trends to ensure that the curriculum remains current and relevant.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Python programming, including hands-on experience with core concepts, libraries, and frameworks
- Comprehensive understanding of cybersecurity principles, network security, cryptography, and ethical hacking methodologies
- Proficiency in curriculum development, training delivery, and assessment of participant learning outcomes
- Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively teach technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Proficiency with training tools and technologies, and the ability to deliver hybrid learning sessions
- Prior experience in a teaching, mentoring, or training role is strongly preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CEH, CompTIA Security+, Python programming certifications) are a plus
