Key Objectives of the Job
To encourage and support trained participants to implement the Personal Safety Education Program with Children and Adults. To collect outreach data through our partners.
Core Responsibilities
- To call and connect with trained Participants to collect indirect data.
- To provide mentoring support to trained participants and understand their challenges. The feedback received is to be further shared with the respective coordinators/managers.
- To collect data from the district officers / Block officers / Principals or NGO partners and fill/upload in Arpan database.
- To fill the indirect data link on behalf of the participants wherever required.
- To clean the data and remove duplications and rectify errors in a timely manner.
- To generate reports, store completed work in a designated folder.
- To keep partner information confidential. (Abide by Arpan's policy)
- To travel internally, rural + urban areas to collect data as and when required.
- To support the Coordinators, Executives & Associates in data entry work as and when required.
- To organize focused group discussions with trained participants and conduct them along with members from the Training Team.
- Adherence to operational protocol, including timely reporting of daily assigned work reporting supervisor.
- Ensuring regular reviews with the Coordinator and Manager/Sr Manager.
Job Challenge
Meticulousness in capturing data and ensuring timely follow-ups, documentation and following deadlines.

- Ability to speak fluently in Hindi and Marathi
Educational Qualification
- Para Professional course in Social work / Certificate course in Social work / Graduation from any stream /Bachelor in Social Work
Desired Experience
- Have past work experience of at least 1 year in a relevant field. (Not mandatory)

Salary range
- Rs 21,100/per month + 2200/- per month (Travel reimbursement)+ 2000/- per month (Therapeutic reimbursement)+ 5000/- (Annual Training reimbursement)
