Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Training & Business Development Manager. The role involves designing and delivering training programs, developing strategies to enhance business growth, building partnerships, identifying new business opportunities, and coaching team members. The manager will also collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive client acquisition and ensure high standards of professional development are met across the organization.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in training development, facilitation, and delivering professional development programs
- Proficiency in business development, client relationship management, and partnership building
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on achieving business goals
- Previous experience in the financial services, trading, or broking industry is an advantage
- Ability to manage remote teams and multi-task in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; advanced certifications or training in business development or training management are a plus
