Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Technical Trainer for Facility Services to design and deliver training programs for operational staff across various facility management domains such as housekeeping, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and safety systems. The role focuses on enhancing workforce capability, ensuring compliance, and maintaining service excellence
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct technical training for facility staff (housekeeping, maintenance, MEP, security, etc.)
- Develop training modules, SOPs, and instructional materials for facility operations
- Train employees on equipment handling, safety procedures, and maintenance practices
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulatory guidelines, and company policies
- Evaluate trainee performance through assessments and practical demonstrations
- Identify skill gaps and design upskilling programs
- Coordinate with operations teams to align training with on-ground requirements
- Maintain training records and reports
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical) or Facility Management
- 3 + years of experience in facility management or technical training
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems and facility operations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to train blue-collar and technical workforce effectively
- Hands-on experience with facility equipment and systems
