Job Summary:
We are looking for a Title Search Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our team in Bangalore. This role involves training and upskilling new hires on client-specific Title Search processes.
Job Qualifications:
- 3–4 years of hands-on Title Search experience;
- Strong expertise in Current Owner Search (US Title Search);
- Experience working across multiple US states (Nationwide);
- Experience in training, mentoring, or onboarding new hires;
- Ability to interpret US real estate laws and property documents across states;
- Hands-on with tools: DataTrace, TitlePoint, Netronline.
Desired Skills:
- Prior training/mentoring experience is preferred;
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel / reporting tools;
- Strong knowledge of county records (deeds, liens, encumbrances).
Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver training on US Title Search (Current Owner Search) to new hires;
- Upskill team members on client-specific processes, tools, and quality standards;
- Perform and validate title searches, title chain analysis, and ownership verification;
- Review property records, deeds, liens, and encumbrances for accuracy;
- Provide hands-on guidance and mentoring to trainees and junior team members;
- Ensure adherence to SLAs, quality benchmarks, and compliance requirements;
- Conduct quality checks, audits, and feedback sessions to improve performance;
- Collaborate with stakeholders to update training materials and process improvements.
