Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Training Specialist role located in Chennai. The Training Specialist will design, develop, and facilitate effective training programs tailored to organizational needs. Responsibilities will include delivering training sessions, creating instructional content, evaluating training effectiveness, and collaborating with teams to ensure alignment with company objectives. The role also requires supporting the professional development of employees through targeted learning initiatives and monitoring progress.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication, Customer Service, and interpersonal interactions
- Experience with Training, Training & Development, and leading workshops or sessions
- Proficiency in Instructional Design and creating learning materials
- Ability to engage and inspire diverse teams with effective presentation and teaching methods
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred)
- Previous experience in the healthcare or revenue cycle management industry is highly desirable
