We are seeking an experienced and proactive Training Solutions Manager to manage end-to-end training solutioning and delivery for Government and Enterprise clients in the US market. The ideal candidate will have experience working with training or learning services organizations, handling pre-sales and post-sales activities, sourcing trainers independently, developing customized training solutions, and coordinating successful delivery execution. This role requires strong communication, proposal management, vendor coordination, and stakeholder management skills, along with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced US time zone environment.
Responsibilities:
- Understand client requirement from RFP documents and independently work on solutioning
- Handle Pre-Sales and Post Sales for Government/Enterprise requirements
- Work on Government bids / Enterprise requirements for cost effective solutions.
- Source local instructor resources in United States using Linkedin
- Recruit new talents for different training and propose customized solution based on the requirements
- Gather all relevant inputs from trainers / vendors for the requirement
- Work with Proposal team by providing all the inputs gathered from Instructors to help create the proposal within the timeline
- Involve with Instructors and partners for getting Accreditation and On-Boarding
- Manage Training Delivery actions and work with Learning coordinator to ensure proper training delivery / Delivery of services
- Support in Invoicing
- Manage client and Instructor relationships (Excellent Verbal and Email Communication)
- Reporting
Desired Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or Science or a related field.
- Working in a training company preferably with US or International experience
- 3 to 6 years experience
- Excellent verbal and written comm, no accent
- Trainer sourcing on Linkedin within deadlines - on own and not dependent on sourcing teams
- Trainer engagement for requirements
- Solutioning with inputs for proposal, price negotiations etc
- Training Delivery Management
- Willing to work in 6pm to 3am shift
- Handling end-to-end after-training cycle like sourcing instructors, developing solution and managing training execution, and coordinating with the Sales team.
- Experience of working in Training companies with ability to independently handle the assigned task.
- Capable of developing quotations and proposals for clients with the help of Trainers / Vendors / Outsource Companies.
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
- Proficient in Word, Excel
