Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist in developing training materials including presentations, job aids, manuals, and e-learning content
- Support research on training topics, learning methodologies, and industry best practices
- Coordinate logistics for training sessions (scheduling, invites, tracking attendance)
- Assist trainers in facilitating onboarding and ongoing training sessions
- Maintain and update training documentation and knowledge repositories
- Support Learning Management System (LMS) activities including course creation, assignments, and tracking
- Collect and analyze training feedback to support continuous improvement
- Assist in creating assessments, quizzes, and evaluation tools
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather inputs for training content
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving training effectiveness
- Develop basic understanding of BOS services, tools, and workflows
Location
This role is open to candidates working in Bangalore India.
Basic Qualifications
- Freshers with relevant skills can be considered
- Bachelor’s degree (Life Sciences, Education, related field preferred)
- Strong interest in training, facilitation, or learning & development
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Life Science Graduate/Post-graduate
- Background in Life Sciences or Healthcare domain
Physical And Mental Requirements
- Sit or stand for extended periods of time at stationary workstation
- Regularly carry, raise, and lower objects of up to 10 Lbs.
- Learn and comprehend basic instructions
- Focus and attention to tasks and responsibilities
- Verbal communication; listening and understanding, responding, and speaking
