⚠️ Training of Trainers (TOT) (Mandatory – Skill Development/Industry Training)
We're looking for professionals with experience in:
✅ Training & Quality Assurance
✅ Curriculum Design & Pedagogy
✅ Training & Content Development
✅ NSDC/Skill Development Programs
✅ Trainer Support & Quality Monitoring
✅ LMS & Digital Learning Tools
✅ Team Handling & Mentoring
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Develop and enhance training materials and content
🔹 Support, mentor, and evaluate trainers
🔹 Monitor training quality and effectiveness
🔹 Collaborate with cross-functional teams
🔹 Leverage MS Office and LMS platforms to drive learning excellence
