🚀 We’re Hiring: Training Coordinator
We are looking for a proactive and organized Training Coordinator to support and manage employee learning initiatives across teams.
Location: Pune or Bangalore
📌 Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and onboarding programs
- Track assessments, attendance, and training completion
- Collaborate with Trainers, TA, Onboarding, and Operations teams
- Maintain training records and dashboards in Google Sheets
- Support compliance trainings (POSH, Safety, ZTP)
- Share training reports and insights with stakeholders
🎓 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Communication, Education, Interior Design, or related fields
- 0–2 years of experience in Training, L&D, Onboarding, or Coordination roles
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, Slides, and PowerPoint
- Strong communication, coordination, and time management skills
- Interior industry experience is a plus
