We are looking for a highly organized Training & Program Coordinator who can speak fluent English and Hindi languages and feels comfortable while communicating with senior working professionals.

Salary : Rs 15,000 to 30,000 in hand per month (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities
1) Documentation & Record Management
Maintain training records, attendance sheets, feedback forms and certification data.
Manage participant databases and trackers.
Use VLOOKUP, Conditional Formatting, Pivot Tables, and formulas.
2) Coordination & Communication
Coordinate with Trainers, Participants, and Internal Team Members.
Share session schedules, links, assignments, and reminders.
Resolve participant queries.
3) Training Session Management
Schedule/manage Zoom sessions.
Handle breakout rooms, recordings, attendance, troubleshooting.
Send reminders, joining links, payment details, updates.
Hosting and monitoring live online training sessions.
Introduce trainers, manage Q&A, and engagement.
Collect feedback forms.
Compile ratings and reports.
Coordinate testimonials for marketing use.
Prepare and issue certificates.
Coordinate digital/physical dispatch.
4) Tele-Support & Sales Assistance
Call leads and explain training programs.
Do follow-ups and enrollment support.
Maintain lead and call status records.
Respond to routine inquiries professionally.
Mandatory Things Required
- Min. 2 years experience in coordination / operations / training / admin roles
- English and Hindi speaking Fluency
- Own android phone
- Own laptop
Please Note :
1) Freshers will not be considered for this role.

3) 7 Days paid tried period will be there for fixed stipend of Rs 3,000. If selected, it continues as employment.
