Job SummaryThe Training & Placement Officer will be responsible for managing the end-to-end campus placement process, building corporate relationships, and organizing training programs that enhance students’ employability and career readiness.
Key Responsibilities1. Campus Placement Management
- Coordinate with companies for campus recruitment drives.
- Manage end-to-end placement activities including scheduling interviews, pre-placement talks, and offer rollouts.
- Maintain a database of recruiters and placement records.
2. Corporate Relations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners for internships and placements.
- Identify new organizations for campus recruitment opportunities.
- Organize industry interaction sessions, guest lectures, and networking events.
3. Student Training & Development
- Conduct training programs on soft skills, communication, aptitude, resume building, and interview preparation.
- Organize workshops, mock interviews, and group discussions to prepare students for placements.
- Guide students in career planning and job readiness.
4. Internship Coordination
- Facilitate internship opportunities for students across departments.
- Coordinate with companies and faculty to monitor internship progress and feedback.
5. Placement Reporting & Data Management
- Maintain placement statistics and prepare periodic reports.
- Track student placement status and maintain documentation.
- Ensure smooth coordination between students, faculty, and recruiters.

Qualifications- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
1+ years of experience in training & placement, recruitment, or corporate relations (preferably in the education sector).
