About the Role
Avviare Educational Hub is seeking a dynamic, well-connected, and target-driven Training & Placement Officer to strengthen industry partnerships and drive student placement outcomes.
This role requires a strong professional network in IT and Management sectors, with proven expertise in securing corporate tie-ups, managing recruitment drives, and achieving placement targets.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities1. Corporate Relations & Strategic Partnerships
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with reputed companies, leading brands, and MNCs.
- Establish corporate tie-ups for campus recruitment, internships, live projects, workshops, and guest lectures.
- Engage HR professionals, talent acquisition teams, and hiring managers to align institutional talent with industry needs.
- Continuously expand and nurture the institution’s corporate network.
2. Campus Placement & Internship Management
- Plan, coordinate, and execute campus recruitment drives and internship programs.
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle including pre-placement talks, screening, interview coordination, and final selection processes.
- Support students with resume building, interview preparation, and career guidance.
- Track placement statistics, analyze performance metrics, and submit regular reports to management.
3. Industry Engagement & Brand Representation
- Represent the institution at corporate meetings, networking events, and industry forums.
- Organize job fairs, alumni interactions, panel discussions, and industry visits.
- Strengthen the institute’s brand visibility within the corporate ecosystem.
4. Academic–Industry Alignment
- Collaborate with corporate partners to promote Executive MBA, MCA, and other professional programs.
- Identify skill gaps and coordinate with academic teams to enhance employability-focused training.
- Ensure alignment between curriculum delivery and industry expectations.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree (MBA preferred).
- 3–10 years of relevant experience in Corporate Relations & Training/Placement within a college or educational institution (mandatory).
- Strong and active network within IT and Management industries.
- Proven track record in securing corporate tie-ups and achieving placement targets.
