🚀 Job Title: Training & Placement Officer (TPO)
Location: Noida, Sector 63 – H Block
Salary: From ₹25,000 to 35,000 per month (Based on experience & performance)
Experience Required: Minimum 1.5 years in Training & Placement / Corporate Tie-ups / Campus Recruitment
🔎 About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Training & Placement Officer (TPO) who can actively connect with IT companies and generate placement opportunities for our students (Fresher & Experienced candidates).
The core responsibility is corporate onboarding and student placements through strong industry connections and consistent follow-ups.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Identify, connect, and onboard IT companies for student placements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HRs, Recruiters, and Hiring Managers
- Generate placement drives (Virtual & Offline)
- Coordinate interviews, scheduling, and candidate shortlisting
- Ensure maximum placement conversion for both fresher and experienced candidates
- Maintain placement records, company database, and placement reports
- Conduct regular follow-ups with companies for hiring requirements
- Collaborate with internal counselors and trainers to align candidate readiness
- Meet monthly placement targets
💼 Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1–5 years experience in Training & Placement / Corporate Relations / HR Recruitment (IT Industry Preferred)
- Strong network with IT companies in Noida, Delhi NCR & PAN India
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills
- Target-oriented and proactive approach
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building ability
- Basic knowledge of IT roles (Developer, Analyst, Support, etc.)

- Experience in Education / EdTech / Training Institute placement division
- Proven track record of company tie-ups and successful placements
- Immediate joiner preferred
- Must be comfortable working from office
