Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for a Training Placement Officer. The Training Placement Officer will coordinate and manage placement activities, collaborate with recruiters and companies for campus placements, and build relationships with companies to engage with students for recruitment purposes. The role also involves organizing training sessions, soft skills development workshops, and preparing students for interviews, ensuring their readiness for the IT industry. Other responsibilities include guiding students in career counseling sessions and assisting them in achieving their career goals.
Major Responsibility would be to create new collaborations with the IT companies and create new placement opportunities for Fresher College students.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Campus Placement coordination and College Recruiting
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in conducting or organizing Training programs and Soft Skills development workshops
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with colleges and corporate organizations
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of the IT industry and hiring trends is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as HR, Education, or Business Administration
