We are Open Solutions for Education India Pvt. Ltd., with 20 years of brand presence and 200+ clients globally. Our Training Unit - EJOBINDIA is a leading training institute in Kolkata offering industry-relevant programmes in Web Designing, PHP, .NET, Angular, React, Cloud, Cyber Security, and most recently Agentic AI & Digital Marketing. We’re looking for a passionate Training & Placement Executive to join our team and deliver high-quality performance.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with students for career guidance, resume building, and interview preparation.
- Manage placement drives, campus recruitment events, and interviews.
- Liaise with the companies to facilitate the recruitment of EJOBINDIA students.
- Maintain placement records, generate reports, and track recruitment outcomes.
- Assist in organizing workshops, seminars, and soft-skill sessions.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 0 – 2 years of experience in Training, HR, Placement Coordination, or Student Engagement.
- Fluent in English, Bengali & Hindi (written & spoken).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office & basic data management.
