Role Description
- Training Coordination & Scheduling
- Ensure Trainer availability, LMS access, attendance management, and all learner communication before the training program launch.
- LMS operations management and coordinate/create LMS content
- Direct communication with client stakeholders and - schedules, feedback etc
- Training Delivery monitoring
- Trainer and SME Management
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills for team coordination, handling stakeholders, and maintaining effective relationships
- Experience in Operations and Operations Management to streamline and oversee training processes
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate training performance, gather insights, and improve operational efficiency
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Proficient in using training management tools and other operational technologies
- Bachelor’s degree in IT computer science or related fields. Business Administration with IT/AI exposure is also welcome.
- Previous experience in training operations or a similar function is highly advantageous
